Meet People in Groups!

Groups provide an opportunity to forge great friendships, grow in faith, and support each other in our spiritual journey.

Young Adults

In this season of tremendous growth and transition, young adults often articulate feeling like “people in waiting”:

  • Waiting to finish college.
  • Waiting to land the perfect job.
  • Waiting to gain financial freedom.
  • Waiting to find their significant other.
  • Waiting to arrive…

We want young adults to know, you are not “people in waiting.” You are significant. You are valuable. You are part of the grand story that God is writing in the world, and you are enough. Just as you are. With this in mind, we believe now is the opportune time for dialogue and action to provide greater voice, connection, and empowerment of young adults in our church and community.

What does it look like to experience spiritual growth and transformation in 10 weeks?

The Rooted Experience is a 10-week exploration of faith designed to help us get connected to God, the church and our purpose. The format includes spiritual practices, daily reading and group conversation in a safe, non-judgmental space. Built around the 7 rhythms of a disciple, Rooted creates intentional discipleship experiences that help us cross over from knowledge of the Bible to experiences with God. Childcare will be made available as needed.

Our new season starts in April.

Celebrate Recovery
What is Celebrate Recovery?

At Celebrate Recovery we celebrate God’s healing power in our lives. It is a safe place to take off our masks and be free to work on our hurts, habits, and hang-ups with others who share similar struggles. By working the eight recovery principles and the Christ-centered twelve steps, we open ourselves up to allow God to heal us from the inside out.

Is Celebrate Recovery Right For Me?

Celebrate Recovery offers anyone and everyone a safe place to take off our masks and be real about what is going on in our lives.

And with God’s help and nudging we have the courage to ask ourselves:

  • Are there things in my life that I do that hurt others?
  • Is there something I wish I could live without?
  • Do I have a painful habit or hang-up from which I need to be freed?
How Will Celebrate Recovery Help Me?

The 12 Steps with accompanying Scriptures and the 8 Principles based on the Beatitudes offer participants a clear path of salvation and discipleship; bringing hope, freedom, sobriety, healing, and the opportunity to give back one day at a time through our one and only true Higher Power, Jesus Christ.

Men’s Group

Guys, if you find it challenging to follow Jesus as a man in today’s world, here’s your chance to help us help you. We’ll share some food, meet some guys around tables, and hear your concerns and ideas. Pastor Mark will share a vision for building a ministry that encourages, equips, and celebrates men to live out their calling as followers of Jesus.

Motherless Mothers Club

Hey friend. If you’re a de facto member of the Motherless Mothers Club – because your mother has passed or your relationship is strained – please know I wish we didn’t have to be here. I wish all the relationships we desire in our lives were whole.

But that’s not how this life works. So if we have to be in this club together, let’s make the most of it. Let’s share experience and struggles. Let’s share the good days and the bad ones. You can expect gatherings in each season, at least three a year, and lots of encouragement and community in between.

When Strivings Cease, Women’s Study Group
Tuesdays 7pm, Online, 6/18-7/30

In this hustling, image-forward age of opportunity, we feel more anxious than ever. Despite all the affirming memes and self-reflections that dominate social media feeds, approval and worth often seem assigned to what we do rather than who we are. And we end up constantly feeling like we’re behind, lacking, and failing—at home, at work, with friends, with God.

Ruth Chou Simons knows something about feeling measured by achievement, performance, and the approval of others. As a Taiwanese immigrant growing up between two cultures, Ruth was always on a mission to prove her worth, until she came to truly understand the one thing that changes everything: the extravagant, undeserved gift of grace from a merciful God. In When Strivings Cease, Ruth guides you on a journey to find freedom from the never-ending quest for self-improvement. She shows you how to confront the ways you look to superficial means of acceptance and belonging; find relief in realizing self-help isn’t the answer because you can’t be so amazing that you won’t need grace; stop seeing God as someone to perform for and start finding delight in responding to his welcome; and let go of trying to rely on your own strength, your own abilities, and your own savvy by truly understanding the freedom Jesus purchased for you.

With personal stories, biblical insights, practical applications, and touches of original artwork by Ruth, this transformational book helps you see the beautiful truth that God’s favor is the only currency you need—because in Christ you are enough.
