That’s exactly Redefined Fitness and our Spring 2023 session will help you make those connections, exercise in unique and exciting ways, and demonstrate how to use household items for at home workouts: No Gym Equipment needed.
Classes will offer different styles like with strength training, cardio dance, yoga and other ways to stay healthy and strong. Our classes are Tuesdays at 7 pm starting Tuesday, April 11 and go through June 20th (no class on June 6). The best part is that NO PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!
