Thank you for your patience as we wait to confirm a set date for this concert.

Join our very own, Michelle Lockey, as she plays some songs from the last 10 years and tells the stories behind the songs on her Courageous Me album as well as from songs she has written over the years.

Her hope is that by sharing her experiences, this will help others that are going through or have gone through similar things. She is also donating part of the proceeds to the Pulmonary Hypertension Foundation to team PHenomonal Hope in honor of her 7-year-old niece, Callie, who is on lifelong heart medicine to stay alive. Callie’s sister Reese, 2 years older, has to watch her sister go through this. This disease affects the entire family.

Michelle will be telling Callie’s story and the inspiration behind a song she wrote when Callie was in the hospital.

“Courageous Me” is Michelle Lockey’s 8th album release; a collection of seven Indie Pop/Singer-songwriter tunes that sit at a crossroads between Sheryl Crow, Amy Grant, and Ingrid Michaelson. Lyrical themes follow the artist’s recent journey through painful burnout, doubt, and questioning of whether to continue on her musical path. Honest but hopeful with a dash of sass/attitude, listeners will relate to the open-hearted lyrics and moments of pure celebration. Michelle bends industry stereotypes and blazes a path for aspiring female DIY musicians by lead producing, performing, engineering, and mixing much of this project herself. This album is an example that even the most ambitious, out-of-reach goals can be achieved through hard work, long hours, determination, and the courage to hang on to hope.
